FAQ

Questions stores ask.

Does it cost anything?

No fee for the widget. We are a publisher in your Awin programme: when a click on a card with a badge leads to a sale, your programme pays its usual commission through Awin. That is all.

Are the numbers real?

Yes. Badges are calculated from live visitors, product page views and publication dates of your store. If a condition is not truly met, no badge is shown.

Will it slow down my store?

No. The script is small, loads asynchronously after your page and runs in an isolated container (Shadow DOM), so it cannot break your theme’s styles.

What do you need access to?

Nothing, if you paste the line yourself. If you want us to install it, you give collaborator access limited to themes; we back up your theme first and remove our access right after.

What about shopper privacy?

The widget sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It keeps only a random session ID in the browser tab to count viewers. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes — remove the line or write to us, and the widget is off. No notice period, no cost.
